It’s customary for Filipinos to
bring home pasalubong (or a gift) when coming home from overseas. Even if he
doesn’t know I’m into make-up, one of the pasalubongs I got from my uncle who
works in Qatar is a make-up set from The Color Workshop. It must be meant to
be!
This make-up set is housed in a
black multifunctional canister that makes for a wonderful space-saver. It contains 11 neutral eyeshadow colors with a
combination of both matte and shimmery ones. Also, it contains 5 colored lip gloss
and a blush. The lip gloss pots are smudged because I left this on the table
and before I knew it my little nephew was already tinkering with it! Glad he
didn’t whip the entire thing.
Moving on to the lower part of
the make-up set are the tools! There’s a
blush brush, double sponge tip applicator, and a lip brush. With them is a
shimmery lipstick and a nail polish. Quite a lot for a small box, huh?
Uncle said this costs really
cheap, only 20 Riyal which is approximately Php200 or $5. As for me, I’m happy
to add this foreign make-up set to my collection!
Do you also like trying
not-very-popular foreign brands?
very nice set :)
