Unboxing the Dec-Jan BDJ Box!

I know I said I'll be back next week but this morning I received my first Belle de Jour Box and excitement took over me! I want to share it with you before I leave for Roxas. I've read a lot of rants on beauty box subscriptions that contain useless samples and products that one will never even thought of buying. But BDJ is one of the few that deliver products that are worthy of note. Not to mention that it is the cheapest beauty box subscription in the country! Can you believe this is only Php480 ($11.5) ?

This is my first time so I was crossing my fingers to get the best! The December-January box not only contains samples but also full-sized products from local, international and (my favorite) Korean brands. Not bad for my first!

Pantene Pro-V Smooth Miracle Water

I was praying for a hair product because my dry tresses badly need help - and my prayers were answered! So glad they included a 100ml bottle of Pantene Pro-V Smooth Miracle Water to add to my daily hair regimen.

Flormar Longwearing Lipstick

Price: Php349

For everybody's information, Flormar is one of Turkey's best cosmetic brands. While I love using local brands, I'm also excited to try new foreign ones! This lippie is in a frosty hot pink color.

Flormar Supershine Nail Enamel in #125

Price: Php99

Another one from Flormar, it's a full bottle of their nail enamel in #125 which is also a hot pink shade.

Snoe Beauty Beso Balm

Price: Php149

Here in the Philippines, the term "beso" is used when you greet someone with cheek against cheek, but "beso" is actually a Spanish word for "kiss." This lip balm contains a note, "Use before kissing or whenever needed." Cute!

Britney Spears Radiance Fragrance

Price: Php3,398

Most beauty boxes always contain perfume samples! And BDJ won't be left behind the bandwagon. I like that this sample contains a spray dispenser for easy application.

Pevonia Botanica Phyto Gel Cleanser

This cleanser from Pevonia Botanica  is said to leave your skin soft and velvety!

Etude House Moistfull Collagen Trial Kit (Emulsion and Freshener)

Price: Php628 each

This is the first thing that caught my eye because it's from my favorite Etude House. It's a sampler of both the Etude House Moistfull Collagen Emulsion and Freshener.

Tony Moly Tomatox Magic White Massage Pack

Here's something from Tony Moly, which is also amongst my Korean faves! It's the Tony Moly Magic White Massage Pack which has been "wowing" users from around the globe. Read Anya Jang's review here. So glad I'll be finally able to try it!

Discount vouchers from Etude House, Tony Moly, Browhaus and Asta Urban Salon

Most of the time, only subscribers from the Metro Manila area can benefit in discount vouchers because a lot  of these stores are not available in the provinces. As for me, I can only make use of the Etude House discount coupon :(

BDJ loves to include inspiring stickers in their boxes. I'll stick these in my planner and notebooks!

Belle de Jour Journal

Lastly, a Belle de Jour Journal! Ironically, it's one of my faves from this beauty box. Can't wait to scribble on it ^_^

So, what do you think? These products are absolutely more than Php480 when bought over the counter. If  you don't like surprises, fret not because BDJ mostly includes  products that are basics/necessities that one can actually use.
