EMPTIES: November 2013

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I had an amazing month! It's my favorite season and my birth month - so many reasons to celebrate! And I'm not going to let this year pass without posting my last empties post. And when I say last, I mean I'm not ever going to do it again. Or maybe I will, but definitely not in the near future. You know when something starts to feel like an obligation, you start to shy away from it? I've been doing empties post all-year round and it came to a point where I just grew a little tired of doing it, which is wrong because blogging should relieve me of stress and not be a source of it. It's sad because I know that my empties posts are the most viewed entries in my blog, but when I think about it again, this way I could give room to several backlogs which I ought to have done ages ago.

Last November, most of my circle lenses reached their 1 year expiry. In addition, I also accidentally tore one of my circle lenses which I've had for only a couple of weeks. I feel so sorry about it because it was a very pretty one. It's the GEO Magic Brown Circle Lenses from Angel Contacts which I did a review of only days before I tore it apart.

I have been using the Etude House Dear Darling Roll Roll Gloss for so long I'm so glad to finally  get rid of it. The cap broke off on the first month of buying it, so I had to endure leaking everytime I had to use it. Etude House packaging is hands down the cutest but to be honest I don't trust its quality.

The Mary Kay Eye Love It! Mascara served me very well. It's one of the best mascaras I've tried and I still don't get how it's not popular. Review here.

I don't have that many bumps on my back but this Celeteque Back Acne Spray got rid of what's in there. I recommend trying it if you have an acne-prone back area.

I got this Snoe Beso Balm in my December 2012 BDJ Box. I love how minty and cool it is and how it just glides on my lips. Amazingly enough, it freshens the breath too. So much better than Burt's Bees.

The Face Shop Supreme Cereal Brown Rice Mask is probably the best of the bunch of Face Shop masks haul I did a while back. It gave a sort of radiance the morning after, albeit temporary.

The Redskin Clear Nose Pack is sooo disappointing! Or maybe because it's long past expiry. I wasn't able to even make use of it. I couldn't separate the vinyl sheet. This is one of the stuff from a giveaway I won which contained a few expired products. Come on, bloggers! If you have expired products don't give them away! Toss them to the trash where they belong. Ugggh.

The Gluta-C Body Scrub is something I'm happy about. It smells really good and gives an almost instant glow. Thanks, Sample Room!

I'm sad Fairness and Flawless Collagen Elastin Cream finished quite fast. I'm loving all my Fairness and Flawless products so far.

This sample of Tony Moly Broccoly Sprout Cleansing Cream is also from my December 2012 BDJ Box. It reminded me of Pold's Cold Cream with a delish scent.

If you've been reading my previous empties post, you've probably seen this Qatar Airways and Hello Kitty Wet Wipes because I just love using them in removing make-up in the middle of the day.

The Celeteque Moisturizering Gel is one of the products that Unilab sent me along with the back acne spray and several others. Gel products are best for oily skin however I don't think it inhibited the growth of acne. It kept my skin away from oil but in terms of acne, it's not as good as its facial wash, spot corrector and back acne spray counterparts.

I really enjoyed using the White Result Exfoliating Gel! It's mild and left my skin super fresh. I'm happy that it didn't break me out!

There's nothing special about the Dove Intense Repair Shampoo but I do love how the conditioner version of this smells. If ever I repurchase a Dove hair product, it's the conditioner, not shampoo.

That's all, folks! 'Til my next hit pan post in who-knows-when, haha! I'll try to post a Secret Santa unboxing this week! For the mean time, enjoy the rest of the holidays! Follow me on Instagram @nadinediamante
